To: Darren Indyke (i> Subject: Fwd: News on shipment Date: Tue, 24 Jul 2012 15:01:28 +0000 Hey Darren.. JE asked you to send another letter to FY and say she has till the end of the week to provide confirm that these crates have shipped, otherwise we will contact the authorities. Begin forwarded message: From: as <a Subject: News on shipment Date: July 23, 2012 8:39:54 PM EDT To: Darren Indyke <>, [I <> | spoke to TT Pe) 2nd Jesse (Port Moresby Cargo Duty Manager a). The three crates are in the Air Niugini Cargo warehouse in Port Moresby. They have been physically located and described to me by Jesse the Duty Manager. The Airway Bill | was lost from the boxes. (ij HE saw Terry fix the airway bill to the crate in Wewak.) Tomorrow morning a copy of the Airway Bill is going to Jesse in Port Moresby on the 6 am flight out of Wewak and when he has it in hand he can tell me on what flight he can book it out of Port Moresby for the USA. HEE | want to confirm that the destination airport is Miami as Miami is not mentioned in the Tropic address. The Air Niugini cargo “system” was “down” last week and nothing was input into the system. The “system” was restored today apparently so once the copy of the airway bill gets to Port Moresby and they input the backlog it should show in the Sri Lankan “system”... | have never been able to track a shipment in the “system”. Inwards or outwards. | send in donated medical supplies about 4 times a year to a surgeon and it has much of the same frustrating path as this one seems to be having. EFTA00551863
