Regarding the issue of a new leak in the hangar: I am waiting for Mr. Lanclos to return my call regarding the new leak in pve pipes in the outside pump house of the hangar. JR was in the hangar on 4/12 for the Terminix service; he did not report any flooding, and confirmed this morning that there was no water on the floor of the hangar on 4/12. 2. Regarding the issue of the water being turned off to the hangar: Misha Marrero from the VIPA management office just called. No one turned off the water; they suspect the cistern is out of water. She will continue to update me as the information comes to her. na-nen---- Forwarded message ---------- From: Daphne Wallace a Date: Tue, Feb 28, 2017 at 5:55 PM Subject: TWA Hangar matters - February 28, 2017 To: Larry Visoski <J >, Jermaine Ruan <J >, Rich Kahn < >, ann rodriquez < > Greetings LV, Mr. Lanclos, the VIPA plumber confirmed his repairs of the leaks in the pve lines, which took care of the first plumbing issue. The secondary issue is the pump needs to be replaced. | followed up with Ms. Felicia Blake of the maintenance department on 2/27 for a status report on the bidding for the purchase of the new pump. They are still seeking bids. I will follow up with her when I return the week of 3/20. If we are lucky, the new pump will be in place. Anna has scheduled Sylvester to meet with Roy at the hangar tomorrow morning at 9 am to discuss the roof leaking issue. EFTA00449928
