Her position for getting accommodation due to dyslexia may be complicated by the fact that English is not her native language. Even though she peaks good English, any issues with language can be argued against due to he nature of English as second language variable. However, since testing also showed issues with attention and working memory, we can strengthen her position by tests and scales that demonstrate issues in that area. I hope that is clear. Otherwise we can discuss by phone. Or is it possible to write the Accommodation Document with what you have done already? Sorry, I just want to make sure I relay correctly... However, these tests are not necessary for her school ccommodation letter. They are tests that help us determine what is going on at the rain function level and how to make protocols and plan for interventions to help improve those functions. I will need to give her a few instructions as to how to prepare or the test. It is non intrusive and there is no radiation involved in these maps.
