THE HASTY PUDDING INSTITUTE OF 1770 The Ilasty Pudding Institute of 1770's philanthropic mission is to provide educational and developmental support for all aspects of the performing arts for the underprivileged, to encourage satire and comedy, and to cultivate emerging and unrecognized talent around the world. The Institute is comprised of The Ilasty Pudding Club (the oldest social club in the United States), The Ilasty Pudding Theatricals (the third oldest theater group in the world, after the Comedic Francaise and the Oberammergau Passion Players) and the Llarvard Krokodiloes (the foremost collegiate a cappella group in the United States). Over the last two centuries, it has grown into a premiere performing arts organization, a patron of the arts and comedy, and an advocate for satire and discourse as tools for change worldwide. DAVID HEYMAN Educated in England and at Llarvard University, David Ileyman began his career as a production runner on Milos Forman’s “Ragtime” and David Lean's “A Passage to India.” Le later moved to Los Angeles to become a creative executive at Warner Bros. in 1986. A decade later he established Ileyday Films, with the intention of building on his unique relationships in the U.S. and Europe to produce international films and television programs. Heyman is most famous for all of the film adaptations of J.K Rowling's hugely successful “Harry Potter” books. Other producing credits include the critical and box office hit “Gravity,” as well as “We're the Millers,” “I Am Legend,” “The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas,” and “Is Anybody There?” Ileyman has been awarded ShoWest’s Producer of the Year Award in 2003, becoming the first British producer to have ever received that honor, and the CineEurope trade fair’s Producer of the Decade in 2011.
