According to the State Attorney's Office, Epstein is not further appealing the order unsealing the agreement, so I think it will be released on Thursday. Since and I were the people unlucky enough to actually sign the documents, I expect a number of telephone calls shortly thereafter. I plan to let the phone ring and then forward the information on to you. As to EM question, the copy of the agreement that was filed by Epstein and the State Attorney's Office in connection with Epstein's state case has been ordered unsealed. That is completely separate from our Office and our case. So, the reporter will need to approach the Clerk's Office at the Palm Beach County Courthouse to get the actual document. Since the Palm Beach Post is one of the parties who challenged the sealing order in Court, HE may want to reach out to a colleague there. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you! J.S. I was hoping you could help me out or direct me to the right person. I'm wondering what the procedure will be for releasing the federal plea deal with Jeffrey Epstein in his prostitution case in Palm Beach County. A circuit judge here has ordered the plea deal unsealed, which would come up Thursday or Friday of this week. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
