The FBI has received a subpoena seeking documents relating to Jane Doe. There is a Privacy Act waiver attached which was signed bi The return date for the subpoena is July 8, 2010. I understand from the FBI that there are two FBI 302's responsive to the request. There is also an FD515, which the FBI believes is not responsive. Since has executed a Privacy Act waiver, permitting disclosure Li there's no Privacy Act issue. Does the government have any privilege to assert regarding the responsive documents, e.g. law enforcement investigatory records, etc.? Thanks.
