Adding 30 days, and three days for mailing, the government's response is due on November 5, which is a Saturday. The due date is Monday, November 7, as you state. Next week is fine for me. Enjoy your trip. Can you confirm that | am not mistaken? If so, that should also be the target date for filing the motion to dismiss. Unless someone would really like to see my still disjointed writings, | would rather get a somewhat cohesive draft out either late on Monday or, more likely, on Tuesday. Does that work for everyone?
