How about checking the indexed victims in Sentinel for the open cases? That might lead to some good info. However |/VSD can help, please let me know. If letters were sent they went directly to their attorneys. We can start with sending an email directly to the VS that we know assisted ? We can discuss again if you like. e Rather than sending an all-VS email to identify the VSs who worked with any victims: Provide VSD (me) the associated case numbers (NY, MM, etc) | will provide case #s to the victim notification assistants (VNAs) and they can pull the VNS letters that were sent to victims. That would be considered documentation also, right? The VNS letter will have the name of the VSs working with the victim(s), so that would generate a list of VSs to contact We could also cross-check names of victims in Sentinel associated with the case #s provided and on the VS monthly reports (VSATT) EFTA00154927

« Ifthe above process doesn’t generate the necessary information, | will send out an all-VS email. lam also going to notify HQ OGC about the request from USAO. Thoughts? Thanks, Program Manager Victim Program Management Unit FBI Victim Services Division Phone: Cell: Email: EFTA00154928
