Once it is a data file, zip and reply to this email thread (for SA J). Per below, the USAO are requesting all our email communication with the victims. If this isn't an option, (which | think will work) we will have to figure out how to get this email folder to the USAO. You answered almost all the questions, and we only reached out to the AOR VS if we needed ALA assistance - if memory serves me right. If letters were sent they went directly to their attorneys. We can start with sending an email directly to the VS that we know assisted ? From: iii’! Following up on our chat this morning, | am proposing the following guidance. We can discuss again if you like. « Rather than sending an all-VS email to identify the VSs who worked with any victims: « Provide VSD (me) the associated case numbers (NY, MM, etc) « | will provide case #s to the victim notification assistants (VNAs) and they can pull the VNS letters that were sent to victims. That would be considered documentation also, right? « The VNS letter will have the name of the VSs working with the victim(s), so that would generate a list of VSs to contact « We could also cross-check names of victims in Sentinel associated with the case #s provided and on the VS monthly reports (VSATT) « Ifthe above process doesn’t generate the necessary information, | will send out an all-VS email. tam also going to notify HQ OGC about the request from USAO.
