Should the Resident die while in residence, the Residence will issue a 30 days’ written notice to terminate (see above, "Term or Occupancy*), and the Resident's estate or administrator or the Parent, Guardian or Sponsor hereby agrees to pay all charges through the termination date and to remove the Resident's belongings by that date. The “termination date" shall be Gefined for the purpose herein before stated to mean the date 30 days after the Residence issues its written notice to terminate.
