The Last Deed of Record, dated 12/23/2011, indicates Nautilus Inc as holding the title. L.S.J. LLC was the previous owner. Epstein is/was the sole beneficial owner of both entities. Before we go ahead and order the certified title report and certified appraisal, it would be advisable to determine if the island will be forfeited in a civil action.
